Our short form video turnaround is 2-5 business days per video, depending upon the complexity of the video. Turnaround does not include the time taken by you to provide the clips and finalize the script.
Our editors and project managers work Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm Indian Time (GMT+5:30).
In UTC: 3:30 am to 12:30 pm
In EST: 10:30 pm to 7.30 am
In PST: 7:30 pm to 4.30 am
In SAST: 5:30 am to 2.30 pm

Our every editor has mastered at least one editing software. We use a variety of editing softwares to edit your videos like DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Topaz!
Most of our editors are in-house professionals who are regularly assessed for quality and efficiency.
Currently, only a few editors are also working on a freelance basis with us!
Since short-form videos are generally of less than 1 minute in final length, we can accept maximum of 2-3 GB of raw footage, 2 minutes raw footage and assets per project.
You own all the copyrights of the videos edited by us for you, however, we have the rights to showcase those videos in our portfolio as our previous work!
We can provide you with 2-3 revisions for free, but that is dependent on many factors. Multiple revisions are not guaranteed.
At AstriaCreations, we are committed to providing high-quality video editing services. In the event that a refund is requested, the following conditions apply:
Refund Eligibility: A refund will be issued only if the video editing project has not yet been started by the assigned editor. If the project is in the initial stages or has been commenced, we are unable to provide a refund.
Project Commencement: A project is considered to have commenced once the editor has started working on the project, including but not limited to, reviewing, editing, or assembling any content related to the client’s request.
Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, the client must request it within 7 days of the initial payment. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method used, and any associated fees will be deducted.
Non-Refundable Services: Any services rendered beyond the initial project scope or after the editor has begun working will be deemed non-refundable. This includes any changes or revisions made after the project has commenced.
We encourage clients to review their project details thoroughly before confirming any orders to ensure satisfaction with the scope of work outlined.
