You can cancel your subscription to AstriaCreation at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to AstriaCreations’ services until the end of your current billing period or till the number of services/videos/graphics you have paid for are completed. AstriaCreations reserves the right to adjust fees, posting changes on the Website without any notice. If you are using any service by paying previously changed amount ascertained to that service when that particular amount was applicable, then you will not be charged extra till the completion of the services you paid the previous price for.
At AstriaCreations, we are committed to providing high-quality video editing services. In the event that a refund is requested, the following conditions apply:
Refund Eligibility: A refund will be issued only if the video editing project has not yet been started by the assigned editor. If the project is in the initial stages or has been commenced, we are unable to provide a refund.
Project Commencement: A project is considered to have commenced once the editor has started working on the project, including but not limited to, reviewing, editing, or assembling any content related to the client’s request.
Refund Process: If eligible for a refund, the client must request it within 7 days of the initial payment. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method used, and any associated fees will be deducted.
Non-Refundable Services: Any services rendered beyond the initial project scope or after the editor has begun working will be deemed non-refundable. This includes any changes or revisions made after the project has commenced.
We encourage clients to review their project details thoroughly before confirming any orders to ensure satisfaction with the scope of work outlined.
We prioritize confidentiality in all communications related to your brand and business. We will only communicate with those authorized on your account and will not share any information with external parties, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
